Conrad has been a digital design creative for more than 15 years, and has worked for some of the biggest brands on the planet. As an art director, he has concepted, created, designed and built all things digital, from banner ads, email campaigns to websites. On the side, he also worked on brand development projects for small businesses as well, from logo designs, brand strategies to brand elements.


Since Conrad is fully bilingual with fluent English and Chinese, both verbal and written, he's often asked to work on global projects that involves Chinese and other Asian languages as well. In early 2023 he also started learning how to create digital assets using AI tools like Midjourney and Adobe Firefly for projects with particular needs.

Conrad's passion for innovation has taken him beyond the agency world. He teamed up with some engineers and founded Big Timer Inc. to focus his energies on innovations – playing as a designer as well as a product manager role on some side projects that are experimental with the latest technology and platforms. Projects include apps, games and bots on different platforms. 


In order to prepare for more roles in a start-up environment, Conrad never stopped learning. He continues to read business books and articles. He even attended a programming bootcamp called Coding Dojo for 3 months in order to study for full stack programming skills and strengthened his technical backgrounds.


Conrad has plenty of outlets to express his creativity. He's been a part-time radio host for the most popular Chinese radio station in San Francisco for 20 years, and continues to produce and host shows on a weekly basis. On top of that, he loves solving puzzles of all kinds, and participates in collaborative real-life simulations that challenge players to crack codes and unravel brainteasers in real time.
