Overview

The Adidas T-Unit campaign featured a bold, modern digital presence designed to highlight the product’s modular sneaker system. The work required a strong visual tone that captured the innovation and energy of the T-Unit line.

Design Challenge

The campaign’s visual language needed to feel edgy, modern, and fast, while fitting into constrained display environments. The challenge was preserving Adidas’ kinetic brand tone across multiple ad sizes with clarity.

Approach & Visual System

I established a modular, high-energy visual system built around Adidas’ signature boldness.

Art-direction decisions included:

  • Gritty athletic edge: Textured shadows, directional contrast, and bold silhouette crops amplified movement and intensity.

  • Geometric tension: Angular forms and diagonal cuts conveyed speed and precision, aligned with T-Unit’s modular engineering story.

  • Bold kinetic typography: Strong, condensed typefaces anchored the message hierarchy and reinforced the campaign’s assertive tone.

  • Repeatable graphic units: Modular assets supported efficient adaptation across every banner format.

This system ensured the visual energy of the T-Unit line carried through even the smallest ad units.

Outcome

The campaign delivered a visually powerful, cohesive set of assets that communicated Adidas’ athletic innovation with clarity and energy. The system proved flexible, scalable, and authentic to the T-Unit brand voice.
