U.S.Bank Cash365 Amex Card Launch

Role: Art Director
Client: U.S.Bank
Category: Digital Marketing & Launch Assets

Overview

Cash 365 was a broader promotional launch for USB’s rewards card program. My contribution focused on creating a clean, benefits-forward landing page that supported the overall rollout. The page needed to align with the campaign’s visual direction while clearly communicating the card’s value proposition to new customers.

Design Challenge

The challenge was integrating the landing page into a larger campaign that included multiple media touchpoints. The page needed to work as a conversion-focused hub—reinforcing campaign messaging, maintaining brand alignment, and presenting reward benefits and eligibility details with accessible hierarchy.

Approach & Visual System

I developed a modular and structured layout system that fit seamlessly within the larger campaign.

Key decisions included:

  • Clear benefit framing: Structuring the top of the page around rewards and value positioning to match the campaign’s messaging hierarchy

  • Strong visual anchors: Prominent placement of the card image for immediate product recognition

  • Tone of financial confidence: Clean type, consistent spacing, and straightforward color usage to reinforce trust

  • Modular information blocks: Feature summaries, requirements, reward breakdowns, and disclosures arranged in a repeatable, easy-to-scan structure

  • Campaign alignment: Visual decisions matched the broader look and feel established in the full campaign suite, ensuring continuity across channels

This ensured the landing page supported the launch by providing clarity and consistency while still functioning as an independent conversion point.

Outcome

The Cash 365 landing page contributed to the overall campaign by providing a clear, structured space for users to understand benefits and next steps. The modular system made the design adaptable for ongoing updates and future promotional variations.
